Restore Your Smile with Permanent, Full-Arch Solutions

Full-arch dental implants offer a long-lasting and lifelike alternative to traditional dentures. Designed for patients who are missing most or all of their teeth in the upper or lower arch, this treatment restores full function and aesthetics—often with as few as four implants. Unlike removable dentures, full-arch implants are fixed securely into the jawbone, offering unmatched comfort, confidence, and stability.

At North Haven Dentists, we offer several advanced full-arch solutions, including All-on-4®, implant-supported dentures, and overdentures. Led by implant specialist Dr. M. Aruri, your entire treatment is planned and completed in-house with advanced 3D imaging and digital workflows.

What Are Full-Arch Dental Implants?

Full-arch dental implants are a restorative treatment designed to replace an entire upper or lower arch of missing teeth using a minimal number of dental implants—usually four to six. These implants support a custom-crafted prosthesis that mimics the look, feel, and function of natural teeth.

Common types of full-arch solutions include:

  • All-on-4® Dental Implants – A fixed bridge supported by four strategically placed implants.
  • Implant-Supported Dentures – Removable or fixed dentures stabilized by dental implants.
  • Overdentures – Snap-on dentures that attach securely to implants for increased retention.

Benefits of Choosing Full-Arch Implants

Full-arch dental implants offer significant advantages over conventional dentures:

  • Permanence: No adhesives or daily removal—your new teeth stay in place.
  • Stability: Eat, speak, and smile confidently without worrying about shifting.
  • Natural Aesthetics: Customized prosthetics designed to look like real teeth.
  • Bone Health: Implants stimulate jawbone tissue and prevent bone loss.
  • Comfort: Designed to fit your mouth perfectly, eliminating sore spots and discomfort.
  • Long-Term Value: With proper care, full-arch implants can last decades—sometimes a lifetime.

Treatment Timeline and What to Expect

The full-arch dental implant process is more efficient than many expect. While treatment plans vary slightly depending on your bone health and oral condition, most patients follow a similar sequence:

  1. Consultation & Imaging – Includes digital scan and smile simulation.
  2. Surgical Phase – Implants are placed under local or sedation dentistry.
  3. Provisional Teeth – Often, a temporary bridge is placed the same day.
  4. Healing Period – The implants bond with the bone (osseointegration).
  5. Final Prosthesis – Durable, aesthetic full-arch bridge is attached.

Frequently Asked Questions About Full-Arch Implants

How long do full-arch dental implants last?
With proper care, full-arch implants can last 20+ years or even a lifetime.

Am I a candidate for full-arch implants?
Most patients with good general health and adequate jawbone volume qualify. A full consultation will confirm your eligibility.

What’s the difference between All-on-4 and other full-arch options?
All-on-4 uses four implants per arch to support a fixed prosthesis. Other options, like overdentures, may use more implants and can be removable.

Will I leave the office with teeth on the same day?
Yes, in many cases we offer same-day provisional teeth, so you never go without a smile.

Is the procedure painful?
The process is performed under local anesthesia or sedation. Post-operative discomfort is typically mild and manageable.

What financing is available?
We offer third-party financing with flexible terms. Visit our financing page for more.

* Our patients save on average $5,000 to $7,000 per arch. Other approaches require you to travel to different locations and work with various doctors, significantly increasing the cost of treatment. At our practice, the entire treatment is handled at one location with one doctor. Further, our lab work is performed at our partner lab for more savings.

FINANCING: We also offer many payment plans and options that make implants quite affordable at low monthly rates. If your credit score is average or even slightly below, we can help you apply online with a third-party financing company, and you’ll receive an instant decision in most cases. This pre-qualifying approach is a “soft” credit check. Some patients tap a friend, family member, or spouse to co-sign with them for financing if they don’t qualify. Other alternative options may also be available to you.

** What is a fixed provisional, and how is that different from the final prosthesis?Provisional teeth are made of hard industrial plastic. They look, feel, and function like natural teeth. On the day of surgery, your provisional teeth are placed on top of the implants and remain in place for 2-4 months, allowing the appropriate amount of time for your jaw bone to adhere to the implants. After your bone securely heals to the implants, you will then receive your final lifetime teeth, usually made of zirconia, Prettau®, or other high-quality material.

Ant

All of the staff are super friendly. The bill was explained , and broken down before the work was done. Honestly best experience at a dentist (which sounds strange) but would definitely recommend. I drive 45 mins to get dental work done. That should say something.

Angela

If you’re looking for a dentist practice that cares about your teeth and treats you like family, well this is the place for you! I’ve been to many other practices and they just don’t compare. Dr. Aruri really cares about his patients and listens to any problems you might have. Overall I strongly recommend this practice!

Clinton

There's a reason they have a near 5 star rating. Dr. Aruri and his staff make for an amazing experience- and this is coming from someone who has been terrified of the dentist her whole life. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. They worked with my financial situation and helped me break up my treatment into amounts that worked for me. They are dedicated to providing a welcoming, efficient and pleasant visit. Highly recommend!
